Sometimes simplicity is the best thing in organizations that's why this rule is effective despite the fact that its just simple. Through implementing this rule or philosophy, it would make the organization maximize their functions as possible.
What is this philosophy? Well, it is attract and retain the “right” employees and repel the ones who just won’t fit. How do you go about this rule? Well, its simple. The first rule could be implemented when recruiting because you have to make sure that people who would be part of your organization would be able to fit within the company. After that is making sure that effective employees stay in the company and try to weed out those employees who would only be a hindrance to its growth.
Sounds very simple but based on experience, it is effective.
