
Numbers actually plays a big part in the recruitment department especially when we are dealing with massive hiring and many vacant positions to be filled. Aside from the actual figures or numbers that you have to analyze in the recruitment period, certain standards and metrics should be met depending on the company goals during that time period.
Despite that, I'll be giving you the five recruitment metrics that are usually used by recruiters:
-Recruiting Cost ratio (this includes staffing costs and new employee salaries over the year)
-Recruiting efficiency
-New hire performance
-Hiring manager satisfaction
-Employee starts (difference between date of offer and actual start date)
