
Just like for applicants, interviewers or recruiters should always project a clean and professional image when doing their jobs. This is important because it presents respectability and professionalism in the company.
This does not mean that you have to be formal all the time-just presenting a respectable image would be the best approach during this situation. Of course, this includes the physical appearance like looking your best (no signs of being haggard) and being clothed in a presentable manner. It also helps if you look and are prepared when doing interviews.
First impressions are not just reserved for applicants because it also applies to all HR personnel. The way that you present yourself towards the candidates is the way that they associate the company to you. This means that your stance as a recruiter adds up to the credibility of the firm hence the need to be presentable.
