
Does age really matter or is it just a state of mind?
In recruiting candidates, is there a necessary age in mind? Of course, discrimination in any form during a selection process should be out of the question. Though that is the case, there are certain positions which needs young candidate while some positions demand that the person assigned to that should be an "old" or experienced one. So, do companies need to hire these people?
My answer for that would be an absolute yes! The same topic was also discussed in this blog post and here are the reasons why this kind of candidates should be considered for the position:
-They want to work past retirement
-They are loyal
-They have a wealth of experience
-They want to stay active, both physically and mentally
-They are more settled and secure
