There are a lot of tips available either online or in books saying that their quick guide would make you a better interviewer than ever before. Though this may sound promising, remember that you must personally improve your interview skills so that you would be effective in what you do.
However, having a guide that you could rely on could also aid you in your self improvement as an interviewer. Remember that when interviewing, practice makes perfect. Here is a list of interview guidelines which could help you in your interviewing techniques:
