

Interview questions should not be general ones that usually consists of what and why. These interview questions should more or less have these different characteristics to be effective. This list which I would be sharing with you would give your a preview of the "wordings" when asking interview questions.
Here are some of the common things which should be implemented during interviews:
-Wording should be open-ended
-Questions should be as neutral as possible
-Questions should be asked one at a time.
-Questions should be worded clearly
-Be careful asking "why" questions
Personally, I have my own set of questions which I follow and I also have some additional questions which would help me during my interview. Your interview questions need not to be followed by the book but having a pattern would really help.
