As an interviewer, you should be careful about asking certain questions especially those that are considered as "sensitive" topics. Of course, knowing these topics should be on top of every recruiter's list. Though it may seem like a lot, you should also use your judgement on whether or not that question would be acceptable during an interview.

-Birthplace
-Ethnicity or race
-Religion
-Sexual orientation
-Marital status
-Health conditions and physical disabilities
