
As the title itself implies, recruitment should be done in a systemized process so as to ensure that the result produced would be quality ones. This should be done systematically because it should also promote a "fair" process of elimination.
What are the things that should be present in a recruitment process? Here are two things which I consider important regardless in any position:
a. IQ test
b. Interview
Of course, determining the exact way to approach these processes would be dependent on the requirement that the company would need. Here is also another reason why companies should need a good recruitment process:
