I oftentimes past by bookstores which sells book titles how to be hired in a job. Of course, depending on the circumstances, this could be true but we all know as recruiters that the "hire-ability" of a person is really dependent on the person as well as the circumstances sorrounding it.
As a recruiter, we oftentimes encounter people who says all the right answers during the interview but somehow it all seemed to be rehearsed. Personally, I don't want to consider this people because their sincerity is lacking. Though some interview guide could be helpful to applicants, it does not automatically equate that you would get the job. Most interview guides instruct applicants on how to act and also to react in different situations.
