

Interviewing could be likened to investigating because it ivolves asking difficult questions and probing. Aside from that, there is also that skills on detecting whether or not the answers that are given are true or just words that covers up something.
This kind of skill should be found in the recruiter's ability to conduct interviews because it shows the inability or ability of that person in their respective functions. Here are the six factors that interviews could focus on:
-Behaviors
-Opinions/values
-Feelings
-Knowledge
-Sensory
-Background/demographics
Personally, I prefer touching all of these parts and from then on, work my way through out the things which seems to be relevant to my interviewee.
