Whenever the interview comes to the part where the recruiters would ask the applicants if they have anymore questions, 99% of them would say no. This kind of practice in recruitment should be discouraged because I believe that the interview should be a two-way process. Of course, these questions that applicants should ask should be related to the interview.
Asking Personal questions should be ruled out or if you encounter something like this, well there is something wrong with the candidate. Here are some questions which could be considered as just during this kind of situation:
-Please describe the duties of the job for me.
-What kinds of assignments might I expect the first six months on the job?
-Are salary adjustments geared to the cost of living or job performance?
-Does your company encourage further education?
-How often are performance reviews given?
-What products (or services) are in the development stage now?
