As a recruiter, there are some things which you really expect in your work life and of course, this would be the rush of applicants especially for companies doing massive recruitment. For this reason, having a proper interview schedule would be helpful.
One of the things that recruiters should consider is the interview span that each recruiter would need for applicants. Of course, there is really no assurance that you would be able to measure the necessary interview minutes for applicants because it is rather hard. Just a time frame would do in order for the interview to go according to plan. Aside from that, a prepared interview template would be helpful in this case because it makes interviewing much easier.
The reason for an interview schedule is just like the same reason before-being organized. Aside from that, you would also be able to lessen the waiting time of applicants by scheduling them according to the time they arrived and finished the exams.
