

Signing a job offer is actually more than just signing that piece of paper. Affixing your signature in the job offer means that you are committing yourself to the company and would abide all the rules in the company.
Thus, before signing it would be very important if you think and know every loophole in the job which would make you stay for a long time or would also be the reason for you to resign. Here are some of the things to consider before signing that job offer:
a. The Work - The reason you are applying there is because of your work thus you should feel that this work would fit your qualifications and you would be grow professionally in this job.
b. The Pay - I am not saying that this should be the main reason for accepting a job offer but in all honestly, pay matters hence the pay that you are considering should be reasonable enough for you.
c. The Schedule - This is important because your schedule would help you in managing your time and assuring the company that you are at your best during the time that you are at work.
Anyway, here are just some of the things that you must consider when signing that job offer. There are a lot more to consider though but I will reserve it in another post.
