So, you are now doing massive recruitment that's why there are a lot of applicants waiting for you and as a recruiter, you feel totally at lost because of the way things are going and you don't know what to prioritize. There is also that report which you need to submit asap but you have not yen even finished the first part.

a. What are the most important things to be done first?
b. What is the first step in recruiting which would take much of the applicant's time and giving me time as well?
c. What are the possible plans and steps in how to go about these projects?
Anyway, here are just some guide questions to help you in becoming organized about your work. Remember that there is more than just recruiting as a recruiter and you must be fully organized in order to deliver quality results.
