

There are times when you seems to entoxicated when doing mass recruitment and this reflects in the way that you handle interviews thus appearing unsympathetic in the whole process or even bored by it. Connection with the applicants is important especially in interviewing because this connection would enable you to probe further and also find out relevant information which would help you gauge the following points:
-strengths and weaknesses
-stability
-room for change and growth
These things are essential because you are able to profile the candidate better as opposed to just asking the questions without really knowing how to ask it correctly. Connecting is the most easiest and effective way of having a better interview results.
