
Knowing and spotting those who are exceptionally good or those who are suitable for the job opening should be a natural instinct for us, recruiters. Though that is the case, this is a skill which needs a lot of learning and practice.
There are a lot of things which recruiters shoud focus on and these things could mean a lot like the way they answer question, the way they present theirself and others. Let's focus our attention in the presentation aspect since they alway say that first impression always last.
There are two things that recruiters should put their attention to and this includes the following:
a. Smart presentation of self as an applicant and as an individual
b. Body language
