As mentioned in my previous posts, writing is essential in recruitment because you would be asked to answer an essay question. Let me tell you something, answering with only one sentence would not land you that job. You should be abe to wirte at least 3-5 sentences and these sentences should contain and convey what you are trying to say.
Aside from that, checking your spelling in your essay is also essential because you don't want to give the impression that you are careless or you do not know how to spell! The main thing here is that you should always be careful when filing out forms and answering questions because these documents would would all be recorded and this would be reflected as to what type of person you are.
Being careful is much preferred so that you would make less mistakes.
