There are times in recruitment wherein you have to think out of the box and come up with really interesting ideas which would help you in recruiting and selecting candidates for the position that you are trying to fill. I totally agree with this tip because there are really times wherein internal applicants are often overlooked and the priority is given to external ones. This should not be the case especially for companies which are promoting a "career" in the organization. Aside from being advantageous, there are also other benefits which could be harvested with this kind of focus.
