Meetings are very important in an organization and especially in the HR department which of course, includes recruitment. Meeting is a time to reorganize things and check if the recruitment goals are met.
One thing that meetings should have is agenda in order to approach the goals in a systematic manner and ensure that all aspects are covered. The best way to formulate a good agenda is to ask questions. Here are some basic questions which should be asked in a recruitment meeting:
a. What are the department's future requirements?
b. What are the steps being implemented to ensure that they meet these goals?
c. Are past goals already met? In what way?
d. What are the things needed to be improved?
e. Who are the persons in charge for the future projects?
Meetings are important and should be a time for implementation and evaluation instead of just wasting time by chatting about unrelated things.
