One thing which companies do not do often is to market their companies when attracting applicants or searching for qualified candidates for a job. Marketing your company is far from "selling it cheap" because you are able to provide interested parties a glimpse of what is in store for them.
In this article entitled Recruiting Stars: Top Ten Ideas for Recruiting Great Candidates mentioned this idea stating that:
Think about what a potential employee considers before agreeing to join your organization or business. Are you stable, making money and growing? Are you employee-friendly? Does your mission catch the mindshare and/or the heartstrings of the people you most want to recruit? Will a new employee feel part of something bigger than themselves if they join you?
These questions though it may seem tiring to think of an answer is indeed one of the keys in making sure that you recruit the right people. A simple phrase of what applicants could get once they are employed here could suffice. You do not really need to outline everything that they could get because that would be unethical. A very "catchy" way of doing it is all that it takes.
