I know that you might think it strange but this kind of attitude would actually be a good way to promote your company's recruitment style and process.
One thing that you could do is to put a smile on your face when interviewing. This does not mean that you have to smile stupidly in front of an applicant but making sure that you make them as comfortable as possible. In this way, you could somehow make the environment conducive in interviews and making applicants open up more. ( I hope)
Though interviewing is a serious thing, it won't hurt to inject a bit more fun in the process hence the smile.
