Now that everything in the interview is running smoothly, you are now confronted by the question that everyone finds "uncomfortable" when answering. What is this question? Well, the salary of course.
Admit it - This is one of the factors which could be the deciding factor on whether or not you could accept the job hence the need to know everything about it first. This question could also be the deciding factor on whether or not you would be accepted in the job hence the need for the right and careful answer for this question.
One thing that you could do before blurting out a huge amount of money is to research on the amount that is generally acceptable for people with the same type of career. Aside from that, knowing and measuring your experience and capability in terms of mentioning your salary expectation. In this way, you would know that you are not selling yourself short or you are being to "high-minded" in terms of your salary expectation. Image source: Stockxpert
