Attracting candidates for a certain position needs good and right advertising. Having "talented pool" is needed in order for really qualified candidates to apply and also to ensure that your selection process is not limited.
a. Internet - Most of the time, applicants are lazy to search job opportunities physically hence resorting to their computers. This is very convenient for both the company and the applicants hence investing in a good job site is a must.
b. Internal Job Postings - IJP is also a good way to attact talented people in the company to have a chance to give opportunities for employess to grow in the organization. At the same time, the adjustment in the organizational culture would be somehow lessened.
c. Job Postings in Reputable Schools - Having quality "fresh graduates" would be a big help in the company because they are more likely to be productive in their jobs. There are a lot of potential candidates in schools and all companies need to do is know how to attract them in applying.
