
Attracting candidates for a certain position needs good and right advertising. Having "talented pool" is needed in order for really qualified candidates to apply and also to ensure that your selection process is not limited.

c. Job Postings in Reputable Schools - Having quality "fresh graduates" would be a big help in the company because they are more likely to be productive in their jobs. There are a lot of potential candidates in schools and all companies need to do is know how to attract them in applying.
