I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Mary Elaine Ramos and I am the new author for the GoodRecruits blog in Know More Media.  I am very excited for this opportunity because it gives me the chance to talk about something which I do everyday, which is recruiting.

I've been in the blogging world since 2005 and have covered various business topics such as outsourcing, project management, VoIP, China Manufacturing and many more. I am also working full-time as a Recruiter for one of the biggest companies in our country and in the world.
