There's no question that serving the Hispanic/Latino and Asian job-search markets is hot right now. Everyone seems to need bilingual professionals in one way or another, and it looks like Hispanic-Jobs.com and it's sister-site Asian-Jobs.com which has been online since 2004, knows a thing or two about doing it right. Each one of these sites provides a niche job board to find bilingual candidates the easy way.
Like any job-board, these boards allows users to upload resumes, and recruiters/companies to browse them and post jobs. Yet, since they're vertical niche sites, you can argue that these candidates are more likely to be the ones you're looking for, so the fees stack up against the most famous boards out there.
Personally, I think the graphics are a little too busy or in the way (you have to scroll every page to get to useful content), and the quantity of jobs (understandably) appears good where you'd expect a very high hispanic concentration, but drops off in other locations fairly rapidly. Finally, it would be nice if I could sign up with my email address or my cell-phone number and get alerts on jobs in my area.
Other than those refinements, I like the sites, and I feel they serve two very important and rapidly growing marketplaces--ones that deserve (and demand) personalized service and attention like Hispanic-Jobs.com and Asian-Jobs.com provides.
