Recruiting 2.0: Location Based Recruiting
Though many people think the Internet was supposed to make recruiters obsolete, the opposite is (of course) true.  The internet is a means, not an end.

But the new "Where 2.0" set of technologies is enabling even more location-enabled conversations for recruiters and job-seekers alike.

"Where 2.0" technologies attempt to give the world meaning by building tools around enhancing electronic information with smart location tools like maps, geolocation, etc.

IT Conversations is hosting some great lectures on Where 2.0 from the O'Reilly Where 2.0 Conference in I encourage you to listen in and see if there are ways you can Where-enable your recruiting efforts.
