Hosting a Good Recruiting Conference Call

Mike Makler posted an interesting outline of how you could host a successful conference call for recruiting.  This type of call will not work for all companies, but if you're recruiting sales people or direct marketers, this is a good, standard format to follow:

  • Introduction
  • Presentation
  • Testimonials
  • Reactions
  • Q & A
  • Wrap up
