I noticed a post to a local programmer user group today showing that some recruiting agencies are either having a hard time locating qualified candidates to fill their openings or they're worried that referral bounty hunters like H3 or YorZ are sneaking off with marketshare.
How do I know? They're offering more than $1,000 per qualified referral you send them who is hired and works for 90-days.
Following are the Referral Bonus Program details:
* YOU refer qualified candidates that KFORCE is not currently working with * KFORCE will meet with and work hard to place your referred candidates on contract and/or permanent opportunities
* After YOUR referred candidate works for 90 days, KFORCE will pay YOU $1000
* This bonus is only offered on contracts six months or longer (including permanent)
* KFORCE will pay $2000 for some select positions (please call for details).
