Within the scope of this blog, I am intensely curious about the changes in the job-market today, and the critical challenge for corporations to become talent-centers--locations of choice where the brightest and best players will choose to hang their hat.

My Thesis: The challenge is to the corporation--to provide a better ROI to the free-agent job-seeker--and to attract, train, and retain the best of the best.
